I signed a contract with this company for $13,275.15 which I paid in full. Then, American Roofing added $ 6,185 and placed a lien on my property. Moreover, when I asked roofer to come back to fix leaks, they refused.What is the point of getting estimate, sign a contract and expect guarantee if contractors do not follow it? Can contractors suddenly add any kind of money they want, and without our knowledge? Then, place a lien.And I still have leaksDo not use this company, they are taking advantage of customers and elderly females like me. They are as bad as it gets.Also, beware it is weird all "good" reviews are within 6 months? (around the time I started to let our community know how bad American Roofing LLC is)

I’m so glad we went with American roofing. We were hit with a hail storm earlier this year. Once approved from insurance this company did everything so fast. In one day everything was done. Recently, we had a 4pt inspection and was told that we needed a new roof. We shopped around and American Roofing was called and they laid out their products and price. They were quick to answer all of our inquiries. I could not have made a more concrete decision than to start the project with a signed contract with American Roofing. Let me say that the crew was prompt, worked tirelessly and expeditiously until the roof was completed. A big shout out to all of them and especially to Johnathan Torres CEO. He was very, very helpful. They have given us confidence in the roofing industry with their performance and by addressing all necessary issues.
